Measure 8.5 – Support for investments improving forest ecosystems [Closed]

The Ministry responsible for EU Funds announces the issuing of a call under the following measure of the Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2014-2020:

Applications will open on Monday 3rd April 2023 and will close on Monday 3rd July 2023 at noon (12PM).

Measure 8.5 – Support for investments improving the resilience and environmental value of forest ecosystems

In Malta, woodlands are sparse and this sub–Measure aims to provide the necessary opportunities for the enhancement of Malta’s biodiversity through various actions. Support for investments improving the resilience and environmental value of forest ecosystems Measure may be provided for various beneficiaries in order improve public amenities and afforestation such as, for example, planting of trees/shrubs and removal of invasive/alien species and the establishment of protection facilities and related investments.
