Project Summary:

The aim of this project is to provide constant and consistent training in nontechnical skills dealing with both the social dimension and the cognitive element in the healthcare sector to all personnel who are excellent at their technical skills but at the same time may not be so proficient in interacting with patients. Ultimately striving towards excellence in patient care and customer satisfaction.
