Paola Urban Mobility and Accessibility is designed as an integral part of the regeneration and transit plan for the town cored. It is a free Dial-a-Service targeting those citizens who are vulnerable and that is those who are disadvantaged vis-a-vis mobility and accessibility in and around the town as a result of impairment and geography.
