Active was a project coordinated by Gozo College Secondary School between 01.09.2019 and 31.08.2022 under the Erasmus+ Programme. It aimed to improve students’ learning abilities, digital skills, and physical activity, addressing rising screen time. Six schools from six European countries participated in this project involving around 2800 pupils aged 3-18. The initiative focused on fostering a growth mindset, integrating movement into learning, and using ICT tools for collaborative education. Teachers received training in growth mindset, eTwinning, movement-based learning, and online assessment tools. The project resulted in increased physical activity, improved digital skills, international collaboration, cultural diversity celebration, and professional growth opportunities for educators.
