The Measures and Support Division encourages interested applicants for R D I activities to submit a Concept Note to provide details on the planned project idea, its risks and impacts, readiness and other information as outlined in the  Concept Note Overview. The Concept Note is to be sent by email to applications.businessenhance@gov.mt at anytime.
