Find out what platforms are available to improve the quality of your project or to help you throughout the implementation including the Erasmus+ project results Platform, the dissemination platform developed by the European Commission for Erasmus+, the Beneficiary module and the logos to be used to disseminate your project.
Erasmus+ Project Results Platform
The Erasmus+ Project Results Platform is the dissemination platform developed by the European Commission for Erasmus+. This tool will give you access to descriptions, results and contact information of all projects funded under the Erasmus+ programme and some of the projects funded under its predecessor programmes in the field of education, training, youth and sports.
The KA2 beneficiary shall input the deliverables of the Project in the Erasmus+ Programme Dissemination Platform in accordance with the instructions provided in the Dissemination Platform. The approval of the final report will be subject to the upload of the Project deliverables in the Dissemination Platform by the time of the submission of the final report.
The European Commission produced the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform Guide for Beneficiaries to provide guidance on how to use the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform. You can also watch videos on adding results to your project and submitting changes and on how to modify your project card.
Beneficiary Module
The Beneficiary Module is the system for managing all projects with grants from Erasmus+ or the European Solidarity Corps.
Among other things, the Beneficiary Module is used to:
- create mobilities (that is, all types of mobility stays)
- follow up on budgets
- follow up on the participants’ evaluations
- submit a report to the national agency
Accessing the Beneficiary Module
To access the Beneficiary Module, you must have an EU Login, and you must have been granted access via an email from the Beneficiary Module. You get access after entering into a contract and/or by having a colleague register you in the system.
Online linguistic support (OLS)
The Online Language Support (OLS) is designed to help Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps participants improve their knowledge of the language in which they will work, study or volunteer abroad so that they can make the most out of this experience.
