The Italy-Malta Programme is a cross-border Programme which covers the Maltese Islands and several regions in Sicily. This Programme aims to reinforce sustainable growth at the cross-border level with a particular focus on the Research & Innovation sectors, foster the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, protect the environment as well as promote actions which mitigate the effects of climate change whilst also addressing the area’s natural and anthropic risks.
This Programme, which is co-financed under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), shall address the following thematic objectives:

Interreg Italia-Malta 2014-2020 – Call 3 Projects – First Level Controller Training Session
The Malta National Coordination Authority held a training session specifically for the recent intake of First Level Controllers involved in the verification process of claims submitted under Interreg Italia-Malta projects. This training session was held on the 20th September 2023.
