The project has revived and promoted Rabat – the medieval town of Gozo, through the development of a Cultural and Heritage Centre which now serves as a venue for exhibiting its rich historical patrimony, provides space for cultural expression, and generates economic and social development within the hitherto scarcely tapped historical quarter. This museum is Malta and Gozo’s first Eco-Museum.Â
