Prisms and Fondazzjoni Sebh partnered up to offer an innovative support structure which focuses on the employability of these young people.
Prisms will be working with around 8 young people in residential care and are preparing to leave to start their independent life over a period of 15 months. Its main aim is to equip these young people with life skills to increase their chances of employability.
