The project invested in cold rooms, packaging equipment and processing lines, to expand the operational setup and increase market demand for local products as opposed to imported ones. Through this project, the beneficiary reduced operational costs by increasing production efficiency, and diversified product outputs to tap into different niche markets. This allowed the beneficiary to add new revenue streams, reaching new markets and submarkets, including both B2B and B2C.
