The project involved the restoration, conservation, conversion and upgrading of two heritage sites in Valletta, through the setting up of a state-of-the-art museum dedicated to the Saluting Battery, and an enhanced Malta at War Museum with added floor space for the improved presentation and interpretation of Malta’s experience during WWII.  The two sites are intricately related to Malta’s history, and the project has been most valuable in helping to protect, conserve and manage these two historical sites.
