All NGOs applying for Erasmus+ funds must be compliant with OCVO regulations.
- For February / March / April 2026 deadlines, all Voluntary Organisations (VOs) must be fully compliant for the year 2024.
- For September / October 2026 deadlines, all Voluntary Organisations (VOs) must be fully compliant for the year 2025.
This means that the annual accounts must have been submitted and approved by the OCVO.
As part of the application process, NGOs will be required to provide a copy of their OCVO compliance certificate as proof of their eligibility.
Youth organisations are recommended to be registered with Aġenzija Żgħażagħ.
Informal groups are allowed to manage only one active Erasmus+ / European Solidarity Corps project at a time. They must complete the ongoing project before applying for another.
Centralised Actions
There are other actions that are managed centrally at European level by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) located in Brussels. In this section, organisations can view other funding opportunities available at European level. Further information can be obtained directly from the EACEA website.
