The first meeting of the Malta Network which encompasses both the CAP Network and the AKIS was held on the 8th November 2024. During this meeting, the Terms of Reference were presented and an overview of all Interventions of the CAP was provided. It was noted that by the end of 2024, most of the interventions will be published. Three presentations on RDP projects were presented, giving the opportunity for network members to learn about some of the ongoing projects of the RDP under M16.2 Cooperation.
As per the Meeting Agenda, the following presentations were delivered during this meeting:

- The Horizon Project – ModernAKISÂ by MCAST
- RDP Project M16.2 Cooperation: Agri hub by the Directorate of Agriculture
- RDP Project M16.2 Cooperation: Vino Veritas by the University of Malta
The second meeting of the Malta Network, encompassing both the CAP Network and AKIS, was held on 16 December 2025. The meeting focused on Training and Advisory Services projects successfully implemented under the RDP 2014–2022 Programme. Members were also provided with updates on the relevant Training and Advisory Interventions, as well as an overview of the current state of AKIS in Malta.
